Countdown…3, 2, 1…um, where’s Alaska?

Tonight’s debate ought to be a good one! Definitely one that I have been anticipating. Forget the Presidential debates, the VPs aren’t running against each other so I am definitely expecting some excitement and major blows from the two loose tongued candidates. Everyone is on edge with Biden….suggesting that he hold off from “attacking” Palin. Please, she’s a big girl now. She jumped from not even a full term governor to a VP candidate–she must feel ready to play with the big wigs. And Biden, well he might need to watch out for the sharp mouthed Palin. She clearly knows how to win crowds over and her fiesty attitude is apparently on her side. Just hope she doesn’t bite off more than she can chew. If Biden controls his mouth I will be highly disappointed.

I’m also anxious to see if Palin will prove whether or not she is competent…you know knowledge of policy, geographics…lol. Arthur Kremer in NY sent her an encyclopedia set for the debate tonight–wonder if she’ll be using it. On the flip side of things, I hope that Biden doesn’t decide to rewrite a new set.  What if either one of them forget where Alaska is…now that would be one to go down in the books. But, politics isn’t about geography. OR is it? lol

If the Presidential nominees aren’t worred about their VP picks, then I guess we shouldn’t be either. I’m just ready for some real political Mike Tyson type of fighting (minus the ear biting, of course!)  Let the games begin!
